I went for a traditional-looking pair of horns, and I didn't want a Postman Pat wishy-washy single beep either. I wanted a distinctive pair of hooters that beeped a proper beep. Mounting could have been in a hundred different places but I wanted them to be seen so it was on the driver's side on the inside front of the chassis.
The bracket was made from a piece of angle iron. It needed modifying though, and I was going to rivet it onto the chassis but I decided to tap a couple of M6 threads and bolt it on. I also drilled and tapped for another earthing point (the middle M6 bold.) Never know when I might need it. I also had to extend the wiring too as the engine loom wires were not long enough for this position.
